Payroll Services (North America)

At AcServ, the team assists in designing the payroll process flow, defining the point of contacts and timelines so as to have all the information well before the pay-date. This also involves working closely with the HR department and revisiting the prior payrolls so as to make correct payments to the resources. We cater to a variety of pay-cycles such as monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly and off-cycle payrolls and also post payroll accruals as necessary.

When it comes to Canadian payroll compliances, we assist in -

• Issuing the T4 and T2200 forms annually
• Paying the Employer Health Tax (EHT) liability on a monthly basis
• Filing EHT return annually

We also look after the notices received from the agencies and liasion with the third party service administrator.

Once the payroll is processed, our team books the Payroll entry into the system by properly segragating the payroll tax liabilities and ultimately offsetting it against the payment. A comparitive analysis report is prepared after each payroll and shared with the clients to help them understand the reasons for the changes.
